The Newcombes are the No. 19 in-house special PAF humbuckers, with a modern design.

The Newcombes are vintage voiced, provided by the alnico 2 magnet. This particular magnet gives the pickup a loose bass end, vintage mid bump and crisp high tone. The coils are perfectly matched and wound with forvar wire for added brightness. For even more bite, the plastic spacers have been replaced with magnetic spacers, causing the humbucker to be more aggressive when driven.

The Newcombes are wound to provide excellent clarity with wonderful crisp cleans and full bodied vintage drives.
